THE INSIDE OUT PROJECT: physics/engineering Project goal- Make a light box that reflects how people view you on the outside and decorate it accordingly. Also, it was to decorate on the inside based on how you view yourself on the inside. Project Summary- I used a hot glue gun to glue some 7x7 wood planks together to make the "Box" part of the light box. And I painted the outside as a swirly pattern kind of thing with the paint colors red, blue, green, and yellow. For the inside of the the box, I used a picture of a brain made of gears to represent my creativeness. (The project is pretty much a very good example of my creativeness as well.) <-------------- I put in a slideshow to demonstrate some parts of my project and to show the finishing product of the light box. What my group and I made. We made a PSA video about how sleep can affect your future career... The video is posted at the top. TEDx (DVCx) Talks Project Goal: - to create an essay about something that you value or hold close to your heart. - What I chose to do was make an essay about global warming and how it affects us in our everyday life and some ways we can fix this worldwide problem. I also had to insert coding that can change the font of the text as well as its color and size. The main point of the project was to learn how to use basic internet coding. Along with it, we had to also create a power point presentation demonstrating this project. For this project, we had to create a myth story that was the cause of a real world disaster or event. My story was about the great San Francisco earthquake of 1989. Engineering Hunger Games Project summary: For this project, we've been given groups and each group is assigned a district. Then, each group needs to build a small scale model of what their district would look like. Computer Science Scratch Project For this project we were assigned to create a game or animation that somehow relates the district we were assigned.
